43+ Play Bass Guitar Without Amp Pictures. I knew this guy who had a really nice bass and amp but said he wouldn't be ready to get serious about music until he had a wireless system.(?!?)obviously he doesn't need anything like that to learn how to play. I know there is solution for that.

As laurencepayne said already, guitar and bass amps are not intended to have clean, flat responses like a pa amplifier and speaker. That's why you will not damage or break the guitar amp by merely plugging a bass guitar into it.
If you have an ios device like an ipad, ipod touch or iphone (or android, i would assume?) then you can simply use an adapter like the iriffport, the irig or any number of devices out there with any amp app of your choice and, voilà!
Amps work the same way. As a result, the options available to bass players has never been so vast. A bass amp still needs to produce all the same higher frequencies as a guitar amp, because it's the higher frequencies which give you the attack of a note. Purchase a guitar headphone unit at your local guitar shop.
